I realize it's not cold by some of your standards - high 50's - but it's chilly for us!! So here's the closest thing I could find to show how cold I'm feeling!!
I turned on my space heater and a breaker blew!

It's 22 degrees here at 7:30 am saturday. I'm ready for spring.
it feels like 22 degrees here - i think it's 50 or 60 - and we are all ready for spring as well.
It is snowing here. Snow=cold=98socks=49pairs which need a mate every week after laundry. Actually, I am ready for summer=sandals!
I don't know how cold it is here, but it's gotten colder lately. Probably in the 20s right now, 30s-40s during the day.
However, an important difference between my house and your house, Barb, is that I can't tell how cold it is outside when I'm in here! Central heating: not necessary in SoCal, but a lifesaver elsewhere.
