Joy sent me this shot - I don't even remember the occasion - but that is me!! Do you love my cool sunglasses??This is a 45 year old photo - that makes it vintage!!
I'll send a photo when my vintage shoes - that I got in one of the NieNie auctions - arrive.
They look to be about 30 years old - relative newcomers I'd say!!
Aging - who knew it would become a way of life!

It was Zuma Beach 1963, and I'd bet it was Memorial Day Weekend...I'll go back to the old diary and look it up.
Anyway we were with Steve Rustad and Bill Gibson, two Cleveland High boys from my Northridge Jr. High days.
I have more shots from this day and Steve and Bill are in them. However, those photo's are in the photo album I have yet to uncover. I wouldn't have had this one, in a pile of random photo's, had it not been for my Dad making me take it out of the Album. (Too much cleveage for his daughter by 1963 standards)
And Barbara, would you believe your cute sunglasses would be stylish 43 years later? You looked so much like Hayley Mills back then. That cute pixie face and bright eyes remind me of Hayley in her movie, "The Parent Trap." Ah, we did have a nice childhood in a kinder and gentler world, as Bush Sr. would say.
1963, I guess that means that I am now officially "vintage"!
