Do you play the "a week ago at this time I was . . ." game?
I do.
I find myself saying, "Three weeks from today it will be the short day at Clifton" or "two weeks ago today I was happily hugging sweet Sully."
I just wondered if everyone does it. Or just me.
(The above is from the Clayton Reunion - a year ago last weekend!!)

Oh I do, for sure! A week ago we had just dropped off three of our children at home or airports after spending 27 hours together!
Enjoy every single minute of the last of summer!
PS - Harry graciously lent me his pillow while we were there. It was wonderful ~ and so now my question is, was kind was it? My family will be shocked to hear that I may be ready for one.
If it came from Harry - or actually anyone in the family except me - it was goose down. I'm the lumpy polyester filling pillow person - and take a lot of flak for it too!
I certainly was sorry I missed you both!! But the begonias are thriving - thanks for your thoughtfulness!!
And Harry loved having some company after his solo stint!!
I play that game. Yesterday I was saying in one week we drop Melissa at the MTC. Today I am saying only three weeks until school starts.
