The scrapbook had two pages devoted to what seems to have been one event. I'm pretty sure that's my dad in the foreground, partially turned around.
And this is Grandpa Clayton and Helen - his second wife - obviously at Big Bear!! This is the late 30's.
This is the same event as the top photo - my dad with another woman!!
Hmm - pantsuits - not all that different from the phenomenon of recent years. I think the woman with my mom is a cousin.
I think these photos would intrigue me even if they were strangers!
Tomorrow I'm branching out into some cousins, aunts and uncles!!
