Grandkids!

This is an old photo - from 1998 - the year we rented a place in Laguna at Christmas time.

This weekend, we have Bruce and Bonny's girls here - and frankly, Ella is a big help with Annika - where do the years go?

When you first have grandkids, you love doing the new baby thing all over again - reliving the sights, the sounds, the smells.

Then you love watching them grow - tonight I recommended a book to Ara - and she started reading it! Whoa, where indeed do the years go?

But it does keep getting better and better!
